Customers must raise a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure you inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are any issues.
3. Non-Refundable Items

- Items showing signs of use, wear, or washing
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
- Items without original tags, packaging, or labels
- Customized or personalized products

- Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 business hours
- If approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide return instructions
5. Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval. Once we receive the returned product, our quality team will inspect it to confirm the issue. Refunds will only be processed if the product meets our return criteria. You will be notified via email or phone once your refund has been approved.
6. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product sent by RAREPANDA. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund including the original shipping fee.
